Acting head of the Shopping mall (the equivalent of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, he was fined by the court for 17 thousand hryvnias (~ 37 thousand rubles. — Ed.) for the fact that he mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces Ukraine (APU) citizen of Russia. "The Tysmenytsky District Court of the Ivano-Frankivsk region found a shopping mall official guilty of abuse of authority due to the mobilization of a Russian citizen for military service. For administrative violation, the lieutenant colonel was sentenced to a fine of 17 thousand hryvnias," the article says.

It is reported that this incident caused a wide public outcry against the background of numerous cases of the use of force by the TCC against conscripts, including threats and beatings.

On March 3, retired General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Romanenko called to be mobilized from the age of 18 in Ukraine. In his opinion, the appeal should cover citizens aged 18 to 60 years. Martial law has been in effect in Ukraine since February 2022. At the same time, Zelensky signed a decree on general mobilization, which was repeatedly extended. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are prohibited from leaving the country. In April 2024, the head of the Kiev regime approved the law on tightening mobilization.
