In Ukraine, they pointed out the lack of laws to block songs in Russian.

In international law and legislation Ukraine has no relevant laws that would block listening to songs in Russian on streaming platforms such as Apple Music and Spotify. This was stated on March 5 by the country's Prime Minister Denis Shmygal in response to a petition that was published last month on the Cabinet's website.
"There are no legal grounds for banning or other forms of restriction of a musical product based on language in international law, Ukrainian legislation and the rules for broadcasting on foreign platforms," the statement on the Ukrainian government's website says.
He commented on a petition demanding a review of the rules for licensing content, as well as blocking access to music in Russian.
Shmygal also noted that for information and national security in Ukraine, it is necessary to improve the country's regulatory framework.
Earlier, on February 16, a captured serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Denis Otkalenko admitted that he listened to Russian music and watched Russian-language content, although this is prohibited in his country. He admitted that I didn't even "delve into" the relevant law.
The law on the prohibition of listening to songs in Russian The Verkhovna Rada adopted it in August 2023. Thus, according to the initiative, a fine of 300 to 500 tax—free minimums will be levied for the use of phonograms, videograms, music videos, and their elements, and from 1,000 to 1,500 tax-free minimums for repeated violations.
