Doctors found two uterus in a 32-year-old resident of Lipetsk. The woman knew about the congenital anomaly since she was a teenager, the press service of the regional Ministry of Health reported on Wednesday, March 5.

Lipchanka was diagnosed with "incomplete doubling of the uterus" 10 years ago, writes GOROD48. It is only now that the doctors have fully understood the patient's pathology.

After a series of studies, a group of gynecologists and radiologists at the regional clinical hospital created a 3D model of the patient's genitals. It turned out that she had developed two uterine bodies.

As explained in the department, a full understanding of the woman's anatomy will allow her to be properly treated and possible pregnancy in the future.
