Sobyanin approved the comprehensive development of territories in the Airport and Cheryomushki districts

In the Moscow districts of the Airport and Cheryomushki, two sections of non-residential buildings are being reorganized under the integrated territorial development program. The projects will create more than 110 new jobs, saidin his official Telegram channel, the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.

Housing will be built on Stepan Suprun streets, vl. 7, p. 1, vl. 9 (CAO) and Khersonskaya, vl. 35 (South Administrative District) for the purposes of the renovation program and not only.

The first floors will be used for shops, services and other businesses necessary for the comfort of residents. In addition, courtyards will be landscaped on the territories, children's and sports grounds will be made.

Earlier it was reported that in the south-east of Moscow seven former industrial zones are being reorganized under the KRT program. These are 184 hectares of land, which include Karacharovo, Sickle and Hammer, Volgogradsky Prospekt, Yuzhny Port, Grayvoronovo, Kuryanovo and Vykhino.
