The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case after the liquidation of fighters in Dagestan

In Dagestan, where the militants were eliminated, a criminal case has been opened on the fact of encroachment on the life of law enforcement officers and illegal arms trafficking. This was announced on March 5 by the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the republic.

"The Third Department for the investigation of particularly important cases of the SU IC of Russia in the Republic of Dagestan has opened a criminal case on the grounds of crimes under art. 317 of the Criminal Code ("Encroachment on the life of law enforcement officers") and paragraph "a" of Part 3 of art. 222 of the Criminal Code ("Illegal arms trafficking")", — stated in the Telegram channel of the department.
