On a playground in the Kamchatka Territory, a dog attacked an eight-year-old girl, the child was hospitalized. This was reported on March 5 in the press service of the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region.

The incident occurred on Staritsyna Street in the regional center on the afternoon of March 5. Previously, the girl was returning from school. The dog that attacked the child was tied to a pole in the playground.

"A procedural check of the circumstances of a dog attack on an eight—year-old girl has been organized," the Telegram channel says.

In Sochi on February 26, two domestic Husky dogs a nine-year-old child was attacked. The dogs were unattended by the owner, they were driven away from the boy by passers-by. A schoolboy with multiple facial lacerations was taken to a hospital in Krasnodar. Later, the child was transported to the Russian Children's Clinical Hospital in Moscow. On March 4, surgeon Alexey Dikarev told Izvestia that the boy reconstruction of the mouth, lips, cheeks and nose will be required.

To the owner of the dogs charged under Part 1 of Article 118 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing serious harm to health by negligence"). During the interrogation, he admitted his guilt, adding that he had not fed the animals for some time and this could have influenced their aggressive behavior.
