Lent is not only a time of restriction, but also an opportunity to review your eating habits and make your diet healthier, the doctor concluded.

At the same time, nutritionist Oksana Mikhaleva рассказала about the health risks of the elderly during Lent. She noted that during the fast, all animal products except honey are excluded from the diet, that is, meat, poultry and fish, with the exception of a few days.
