A girl was shot from an SUV in St. Petersburg.

Eyewitnesses called the injured ambulance. She is currently receiving the necessary medical care.

According to the source, the girl was found to have six bullet wounds.

The city department of the Interior Ministry reported that the attacker fled the scene in a car.

"The police have taken measures to search for and detain the shooter," the agency said in a Telegram channel message.

Earlier in the evening of the same day, it was reported that the Petersburger opened fire from the windows of a high-rise building. There were no casualties as a result of the incident. The man was detained and taken to a medical facility.
