- In Georgia, they announced that the Ukrainian authorities had crossed the borders of frivolity

The Ukrainian authorities crossed all boundaries of frivolity when they decided to deprive the mayor of Tbilisi and ex-Dynamo Kyiv player Kakha Kaladze of the title of Master of sports Ukraine of international class. This was announced on March 4 by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze.
"I don't know how you can seriously comment on this. In this case, the Ukrainian authorities have crossed all the boundaries of frivolity," he quotes TASS.
Kobakhidze also recalled that in 2022, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky recalled the ambassador from Tbilisi due to the fact that the Georgian authorities refused to send volunteers to the conflict zone and did not support sanctions against Russia.
Earlier, on December 5, Zelensky signed a decree on the imposition of sanctions against 19 representatives of the Georgian authorities. Among those who fell under the restrictions, in particular, were Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, founder of the Georgian Dream party Bidzina Ivanishvili, Interior Minister Vakhtang Gomelauri, head of the State Security Service Grigol Liluashvili, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze, as well as some judges and members of the Georgian parliament.
