More than 70 km of roads were repaired in Tula in five years — from 2019 to 2024. About 16 km of them are roads to temples, the press service of the regional government reported on Tuesday, March 4.
We are talking about sites on Shchekinskoe Highway (St. Alexy's Church), Odoevskoe Highway (Kazan Temple), Oktyabrskaya Street (St. Sergius of Radonezh Church) and Demonstration Street (Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul).
The roads were put in order as part of the national project "Safe, high-quality roads." As he writes TSN24, in the current 2025, work will continue under the new national project "Infrastructure for Life".
Earlier in March, it was reported that Tula was among the top ten Russian cities by scale of construction. She took the ninth place in this list.
