The President Of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said on March 4 that he regrets the verbal altercation that occurred between him and the head USA Donald Trump in the Oval Office at the end of February.

"Our meeting in Washington, at the White House on Friday, did not go as expected. It's a pity that this happened. It's time to fix everything," the Ukrainian leader wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

In addition, Zelensky noted in his statement that he and his team are ready to work under Trump's leadership to achieve lasting peace.

He also mentioned the agreement on minerals, saying that Ukraine considers it as a step towards greater security and is ready to sign it at any time.

During the meeting between Trump and Zelensky in the Oval Office on February 28, a verbal altercation took place. The US president blamed the Ukrainian leader in a disrespectful attitude towards Washington. According to him, the head of the Kiev regime is "playing with the Third World war" and is not ready to resolve the conflict.

Vance, who was present at the meeting, also criticized the President of Ukraine. According to him, Zelensky should show more gratitude for the assistance provided by the United States. According to media reports, the head of the Kiev regime tried to object to Vance and "almost started screaming."
