A resident of Balashikha wounded her son with a knife

Police in Balashikha, Moscow region, detained a woman suspected of attacking her son, born in 1996, with a knife. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow region on Tuesday, March 4.

"Police officers have previously established that in the apartment of one of the houses located in the village of Fedurnovo, a conflict occurred between the victim and his mother, during which a woman stabbed a citizen. The victim was hospitalized," the department told the city news agency "Moscow".

The press service added that the suspect is a local resident born in 1971.

A criminal case has been opened under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health"). The woman was detained.

A man in the Moscow region on March 2 inflicted several stab wounds on a young man, reports 360.ru .

The man ran up to the young man from behind, and struck him in the chest and abdomen, reports Regnum News Agency. The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition, writes Life.Ru .
