Mexico intends to impose retaliatory duties against the United States


Mexico to impose retaliatory trade duties against USA. This was announced by President Claudia Sheinbaum at a press conference on March 4.
She added that Mexico always remains and strives to negotiate with the US authorities. According to her, the country's leadership has always offered negotiations within the framework of respect for their sovereignty.
"We have decided to take retaliatory measures of both tariff and non—tariff nature, which I will announce next Sunday," she said.
The President noted that there are no reasons or excuses to support the decision of the United States, which will affect our people.
