- The last video of a man killed and dismembered in St. Petersburg has been published.
The latest video of a man who was killed and found dismembered in suitcases in St. Petersburg first appeared in the media. The footage is provided by the TV channel 78.
"The footage, shot just a few hours before the brutal massacre, shows a man drinking alcohol in a car with the alleged Lolita killer. Judging by the footage, the communication between them began quite amicably," the portal reports.
It became known that the deceased man is Vyacheslav Demchuk, born in 1998. During the acquaintance and communication with the couple Lolita and Daniel, the man had a conflict with them, which resulted in the death of Vyacheslav. Subsequently, his body was dismembered and hidden in suitcases on the banks of the Neva River, where after a while they were discovered by a passerby. Later, through the efforts of the Interior Ministry, Daniil and Lolita were detained in Petrozavodsk on Zhukovsky Street.
"The motive is banal: we met, drank heavily ― an unmotivated conflict. Daniel killed the guest. We lived in an apartment with a corpse for a couple of days while we thought about what to do," the source told Izvestia.
In addition, it became known that Lolita Stepina had previously been named Arkady, and her documents indicated a male gender. However, in 2023, she made a gender transition (the LGBT movement is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia). It is reported that she led an active lifestyle and starred in provocative shows.
On March 3, police officers задержали a married couple suspected of committing a high-profile murder in the Leningrad region. Subsequently, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs established that on February 26, in a rented apartment in the city of Murino (Leningrad region) on Aviatorov Baltiki Street, a married couple had killed their acquaintance. Later, in order to hide the traces of the crime, the attackers dismembered the body and tried to hide it in suitcases, which they threw onto the banks of the Neva River.
