The court decided to seize the property of Oleg Dolmatov, ex-deputy head of Rosprirodnadzor, in connection with the investigation of a criminal case on fraud. This was reported on February 3 by RIA Novosti with reference to a law enforcement source.
It is clarified that together with Dolmatov, Vladislav Novikov, the former head of the Federal Center for Analysis and Assessment of Anthropogenic Impact (FCAO), was arrested. In total, as part of the fraud case committed as part of an organized group, they are accused of fraud amounting to 370 million rubles.
It is also reported that Dolmatov's involvement in the commission of the crime is confirmed, among other things, by his own testimony.
