Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said there were no preliminary agreements regarding the visit of the Russian president Vladimir Putin in Turkey. He announced this on March 4.

"While there are no specific agreements, our dialogue continues intensively at all levels," leads RIA Novosti the words of the press secretary.

He also noted the visit of Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko to this country.

"Matvienko's visit was very successful last week, and productive contacts are taking place at the level of foreign ministers," the spokesman said.

Earlier in the day, Peskov рассказал about the state of Russian-Turkish relations. He recalled that only last week there were contacts with the Turkish side at the level of foreign ministers.
