The Europe-Plus group of countries proposed by the UK and France for assistance Ukraine, reminds of the summits at which Western countries gathered to discuss the so-called "formula of peace" of the Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky. At the same time, no one sees the European countries at the negotiating table to resolve the crisis. Denis Denisov, an expert at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, shared this opinion with Izvestia on March 3.
