The historical drama "Brutalist" directed by Brady Corbet won the Oscar for cinematography and original music, and the film "There is no Other Land" won the best documentary.

The second part of the film "Dune" directed by Denis Villeneuve won in two nominations. Her film crew won statuettes for best sound and visual effects. Awards were also given to cartoons: Gints Zilbalodis's "Stream" was recognized as the best full—length animation, and "In the Shadow of a Cypress Tree" was recognized as a short film.

On the same day, it became known that the film "Anora" by American director Sean Baker received actor Kieran Culkin. He was recognized as the best supporting actor.
