The UAV operator destroyed the Leopard tank of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Red Army area

A serviceman of the strike unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Center group of forces destroyed a Leopard tank of the Armed Forces Ukraine (AFU) in the Red Army area of the special military operation (SVO). This was announced on March 3 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"He was wearing a caponier tank, yes, but the back part was sticking out and was disguised by thin tree trunks. I hit the back with the first blow, that is, let's say, with an explosive wave, I removed these trees a little bit, and with the second I already went exactly where I planned," said Vitaly, the intelligence operator.

He clarified that he did not immediately realize which weapon was in front of him, and therefore struck at the rear. After that, he found out that there was a Leopard tank in front of him. In addition, due to accurate hits, the tank lost oil and was unable to move. Then, the operator, together with the calculations of the UAV of the neighboring unit, managed to strike the tank several more times and destroy it.

In addition, Vitaly added that Russian operators are studying tanks of this model and know their weaknesses. He noted that to stop it, you need to hit the engine area or the track wheel.
