The crew of the Mi-28NM helicopter attacked the Ukrainian Armed Forces equipment in the border area of the Kursk region

An army aviation crew on a Mi-28NM helicopter as part of a mixed tactical group launched an air missile attack on personnel and armored vehicles of the Armed Forces Ukraine (Ukrainian Armed Forces) in the border area of the Kursk region. This was announced on March 3 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

It is specified that during the combat mission to support the units of the North group of forces, the pilots launched missiles at specified coordinates. After that, anti-missile maneuvers were carried out at extremely low altitude with the firing of heat traps that prevent missiles from the enemy's man-portable air defense system (MANPADS).

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the destruction of targets was confirmed by an advanced aviation gunner.
