The reason for the shooting at the Krasny Kit shopping center in the city of Mytishchi was a conflict between a visitor and a security guard. This was announced on March 2 by the prosecutor's office of the Moscow region in the Telegram channel.

It is specified that the security staff did not let the suspect into the building of the shopping center.

"During the conflict, he sprayed a gas cylinder towards the guards, after which he left the shopping center, but returned a short time later with a traumatic pistol and fired several shots," the statement said.

At the moment, the city prosecutor's office is monitoring the process of bringing the offender to justice.
