An eyewitness told the details of the incident with a boy fleeing from his stepfather in Perm.

According to her, the child was running and crying, asking for help. The woman tried to calm the boy down, but the man who followed him began to pull out his stepson.

"I tried to persuade him to leave and not touch the child. Then my mother came out, pushed me away, and began to drag him into the apartment," the source told Izvestia.

After that, the boy managed to run out of the house into the street again. He was being chased by his half-naked stepfather. The child had a bloody face and wet clothes. According to the boy, the man tried to drown him.

About the fact that passers-by in Perm a boy was rescued, who was beaten by his stepfather, it became known earlier that day. The footage shows that the child ran out of his apartment in tears without warm clothes. He told eyewitnesses that his father was drunk and beat him and his mother. The boy's parent caught up with him when he tried to hide in the entrance. Passersby rescued the child.

The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region reported that a procedural check was organized on the grounds of a crime under paragraph d of Part 2 of Article 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Torture of a minor"). An inspection of the accident site is currently underway.
