The Russian Armed Forces attacked military airfields and gas processing facilities in Ukraine

The Russian Armed Forces have attacked Ukrainian military airfields and gas processing facilities that provided military-industrial complexes (MIC) Of Ukraine. This was announced on March 2 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"Operational and tactical aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, missile forces and artillery of groups of troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have damaged the infrastructure of military airfields, gas processing facilities that ensure the operation of enterprises of the military-industrial sector of Ukraine," the ministry said in a statement.

In addition, workshops for the production of drones, as well as their storage sites, an accumulation of enemy manpower and equipment of armed Ukrainian formations were damaged. In total, objects in 147 districts were hit.

The Defense Ministry also said that during the day, the air defense forces shot down 62 unmanned aerial vehicles of the enemy aircraft type.
