Temporary restrictions on the operation of the airport in Grozny, Chechnya, have been lifted. This was announced on March 2 by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.

"Restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft were lifted at Grozny (Severny) airport at 10:24 Moscow time," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

As Korenyako pointed out, restrictions were imposed to ensure the safety of flights of civil aircraft.

About the introduction of time restrictions on the operation of the airport in Grozny became known earlier that day. It was noted that the aircraft crews, air traffic controllers and airport services are taking all necessary measures to ensure flight safety.
