Temporary restrictions have been imposed on the operation of the airport in Grozny, Chechnya, said Artem Korenyako, a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency, on March 2.

"To ensure the safety of civil aircraft flights, temporary restrictions were imposed on the operation of Grozny Airport at 09:36 Moscow time," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to him, the airport temporarily does not accept or send flights. Aircraft crews, air traffic controllers and airport services take all necessary measures to ensure flight safety.

On the evening of February 28, temporary work restrictions introduced at airports Yaroslavl and Kostroma. They were taken off on the morning of March 1.
