Gorenje burning in a residential building in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District has been eliminated

"Open burning in a fire in the Yamalo—Nenets Autonomous District has been eliminated," the agency said in a Telegram post.

GorenjeThe prosecutor's office of the autonomous okrug added that a check of the causes and circumstances was organized upon the fact of the fire.

It is specified that the house was declared an emergency last year. It was completely destroyed in the fire.

"Following the meeting of the emergency situations commission held in the city administration, citizens were placed in a temporary accommodation facility, three meals a day were provided for them," the Yamalo—Nenets Autonomous District Prosecutor's office said on Telegram.

About the fire in a two-storey residential apartment building in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District on an area of 900 sq. m. it became known earlier in the day. 20 residents, including seven children, were able to evacuate from the burning building on their own. It is reported that there are no dead or injured.
