The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation called the number of Russian regions attacked by the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Armed Forces Since February 2022, 34 regions of Russia have been attacked outside the area of the special military operation (SVO). This was stated on March 2 by Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, in an interview with TASS.

"Since the beginning of the special military operation, the Ukrainian side has attacked the territories of 34 subjects of the Russian Federation. These are regions located outside the borders of the military operation," he said.

In addition, Bastrykin stressed that the Ukrainian side also uses Western weapons for attacks, including tactical missile systems, multiple launch rocket systems, cannon artillery and drones.
