Elon Musk supports the idea of the US withdrawal from NATO and the UN

Entrepreneur and Head of the Department of State Efficiency (DOGE) USA Elon Musk agreed that the time has come for the United States to leave NATO and the United Nations. He made a corresponding statement on March 1 on the social network X (formerly Twitter).

"I support," is how the billionaire commented on a message from a social network user in which he called on the country to withdraw from the World Organization and the North Atlantic Alliance.

On February 21, Mike Lee and other members of the Republican Party of the USA presented the bill on the country's complete withdrawal from the UN. The bill implies that the president must completely revoke U.S. membership in the United Nations, as well as in any bodies, specialized agencies, commissions and other departments formally affiliated with the United Nations, as well as stop financing it and abandon peacekeeping missions.
