The celebration of Maslenitsa took place in the complex "The Sun of Moscow"

As part of the celebration, the Vozrozhdenie Folklore Theater performed and Maslenitsa fun for children and adults took place. The guests also had the opportunity to chat with chef Konstantin Ivlev and take part in an autograph session. The restaurateur shared his signature pancake recipe.

"I have a non-standard recipe: I have a very large number of eggs, a sufficient amount of butter, for example, goes. But when you bake these pancakes, you want to eat them right away, without the filling. I want the old-fashioned way with milk. The pancakes are purely classic, nothing ingenious," he said.

Ivlev noted that usually the preparation of pancakes differs only in the amount of flour and sugar.

"I love classic pancakes with meat, of course, with cottage cheese and raisins. In this regard, I never look for any new flavors," the chef added.

On Saturday, the girls gather to gossip, treat each other to pancakes and tell fortunes.

On February 27, it became known that as part of the Moscow Maslenitsa festival, the Revolution Square will show ice shows. The audience can see the production on February 28, March 1 and March 2 at 18:00 and 19:30. The first Russian Olympic champion Adelina Sotnikova, the medalist of the World Team Championships Maxim Kovtun and other masters of sports will perform on the ice.
