Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania are unhappy that their leaders were not invited to London for the summit on the Ukrainian conflict and European security. "We are really very unhappy with the refusal to invite the leaders of the Baltic states," a diplomatic source told the channel.

He also confirmed that British Prime Minister Keir Starmer would hold a telephone conversation with the leaders of the Baltic states, but stressed that this would be a poor substitute for non-participation in the summit.

The interlocutor of the TV channel noted that the Baltic countries, despite their small numbers, are among the largest supporters of Kiev, providing weapons and financing to the Armed Forces Ukraine (APU).

On February 25, Starmer announced that the summit on the conflict in Ukraine will take place on March 2 in the UK. They will also discuss common European security. According to the Prime Minister, the issue of adopting the proposed USA resolutions on Ukraine. On February 27, it was reported that the summit on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict representatives from 18 countries are invited.
