In Orekhovo-Zuyevo, a 15-year-old boy was detained who threw his newborn baby into a dumpster. This was reported on March 1 in the press service of the Main Investigative Department (GSU) of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Moscow region.

Since the woman in labor has not reached the age of criminal responsibility under Part 3 of art. 30, art. 106 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted murder by the mother of a newborn child"), she will be placed on the preventive register.
