Armed Forces Ukraine (APU) has made two attempts to attack civilians in the Kursk region. This was announced on Saturday, March 1, by the acting head of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.

The acting head of the Kursk region noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not abandon attempts to damage infrastructure and harm civilians.
