A child bitten by dogs in Sochi is going to be delivered to Moscow

A boy who was bitten by huskies in the Adler district of Sochi wants to be transported to Moscow sanitation. The child's father told Izvestia about this on March 1.

"They want to transport my son to Moscow," he said.

An attack by two huskies on a nine-year-old child took place in Sochi on February 26. The dogs were unattended by the owner, they were driven away from the boy by passers-by. A schoolboy with multiple facial lacerations was taken to a hospital in Krasnodar. A criminal case has been opened.

To the victim performed an operation. The doctor sewed up one vessel with a diameter of about 0.1 mm for the boy, while he assessed the child's nose and remaining lip as almost non-viable.

To the owner of the dogs charged under Part 1 of Article 118 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing serious harm to health by negligence"). During the interrogation, he admitted his guilt, adding that he had not fed the animals for some time and this could have influenced their aggressive behavior.
