The Russian Armed Forces liberated the settlements of Skudnoye and Burlatskoye in the DPR

The Russian Armed Forces have liberated the settlements of Skudnoye and Burlatskoye in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on March 1 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"As a result of active offensive actions, units of the Vostok group of forces liberated the settlements of Skudnoye and Burlatskoye in the Donetsk People's Republic," the ministry noted.

In addition, formations of the mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces were defeated Ukraine (AFU), as well as two air defense brigades in the settlements of Zelyony Guy, Poddubnoye, Iskra of the DPR and January of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The ministry clarified that the Ukrainian army had lost 160 soldiers. The enemy also lost 10 vehicles, two armored vehicles, and three field artillery pieces, including a 155-mm Krab self-propelled artillery system (ACS) made in Poland. Russian fighters also destroyed two electronic warfare stations.
