Air defense forces destroyed a Ukrainian drone over the Belgorod region

Air defense systems destroyed a drone of the Armed Forces Ukraine (APU) over the Belgorod region. This was announced on March 1 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"At about 10:20 Moscow time, a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle was destroyed by air defense systems on duty over the territory of the Belgorod region," the military department said in a statement.

On the night of February 26, 128 Ukrainian UAVs were launched across the regions of Russia.

It is specified that 21 drones were shot down in the sky over the Tver region, 11 over the Republic of Crimea, five UAVs over the Bryansk region, three each over the territories of the Belgorod and Rostov regions, two each over the Smolensk and Lipetsk regions, and one more over the Kursk region.
