In the Kuraginsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a drunk woman choked on pancakes at a Carnival celebration and died. This was announced on Saturday, March 1, by a source of Izvestia.

According to the source, the woman arrived at the party intoxicated and decided to take part in a pancake eating contest.

"She didn't chew these pancakes, but shoved them all into herself with her fingers. And at some point she began to suffocate. The paramedics on duty at the celebration tried to remove the pancakes, but there were so many of them that they did not have time. The woman died," the source said.
