The police have opened a criminal case into an accident in the Lipetsk region, which resulted in an elderly cyclist. The woman was on the edge of the roadway.
The accident occurred on the afternoon of February 26 in Usmani. According to GOROD48, a 64-year-old woman was cycling when she was hit by a Renault car driven by a 72-year-old driver.
The cyclist died on the spot. The driver of the foreign car was taken to the hospital.
