According to the newspaper, after signing the deal, Ukraine will be divided into several parts, while some of the territories will remain Russian, and the so-called "new Ukraine" will be controlled directly by Washington.
"This "new Ukraine" will become a kind of 51st American state. And this in itself will be a guarantee of security for Moscow, because no one will go to a direct clash between the United States and Russia," the newspaper says.
It is noted that such a deal indirectly provides guarantees for Russia's security and is directly related to the negotiations between Moscow and Washington.
