The crew of a Su-35S multirole fighter of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) completed a combat mission to escort fighter-bombers in the border areas of the Kursk region. Footage of combat work was published on February 28 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

It is specified that the military equipment took off from the home airfield and bombed the stronghold and the manpower of the Armed Forces Ukraine (APU).

"The crew carried out a bombing with high—explosive aerial bombs with a universal planning and correction module (UMPC)," the ministry said in a statement.

After completing the combat mission, the entire group returned to the home airfield.
