The staff of the department recorded the abnormal condition of the facility as part of the inspection. The list indicated that the concrete base on the bridge had crumbled, the road surface was damaged, and fencing and lighting were missing.

"The district prosecutor submitted a submission to the head of the Gorninsky rural settlement, but the violations were not eliminated. Disagreeing with the inaction of the owner of the facility, the supervisory authority appealed to the court," the supervisory authority said in a statement.

Currently, the restoration work has been completed. A lighting system was installed at the ferry, as well as a pedestrian zone fenced off from the roadway.
