- More than 12 million Russians will see the unique night launch of Progress MS-30 on the screens of the IAR

The broadcast of the launch of a transport cargo ship with a Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle was conducted by the MAER media holding on February 28. For the first time, the night launch was shown on 250 digital platforms at once. The media and news publications that recently joined the media holding also reported on the event online.
Roscosmos carried out the launch at 00:24:27 Moscow time. 2.6 tons of cargo have been sent to the International Space Station, including equipment for the station's systems, scientific experiments, clothing, food, medical and sanitary supplies for the crew of the 72nd long-term expedition. In addition, Progress MS-30 will deliver 950 kilograms of fuel to the ISS for refueling, 420 kilograms of drinking water for astronauts and 50 kilograms of nitrogen to replenish the station's atmosphere.
Among the cargo is the new Orlan—ISS spacesuit No. 6 for cosmonauts going into outer space under the Russian program. The ship also ships packages for experiments at the station "Aseptic", "Biodegradation", "Virtual", "Cascade", "Lazma", "Mirage", "Neuroimmunity" and "Photobioreactor".
The night launch of Progress MS-30 was broadcast in the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Kemerovo, Krasnodar, Orenburg, Sochi, Novosibirsk, Samara, Kazan, Khabarovsk, Omsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa.
The best moments of the launch can also be seen on the media facade, which is located on the building of the National Center "Russia" in Moscow. They will be broadcast until March 2 inclusive.
From Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to Vladikavkaz, the media included in the MAER holding conducted a broadcast on their resources. Creating a full-fledged media ecosystem makes it possible to build the most effective communication with any audience: on the streets of cities, in online media, and in digital channels. The monthly audience of all the holding's resources currently stands at 50 million people.
"For the first time, our media holding, together with Roscosmos, conducted a unique nightly broadcast of a spacecraft launch. Over 12 million people will see the ship's real-time launch and daytime replays on digital street screens alone. It is an honor for me to work with Roscosmos and talk about our achievements in space in the most accessible way possible," said Konstantin Mayor, owner and CEO of the MAER media holding.
The Soyuz‑2.1a rocket, designed to launch the Progress MS‑30 spacecraft, bears images dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the first human spacewalk, the 100th anniversary of cosmonaut Pavel Belyaev, the 100th anniversary of the Artek International Children's Center and the launch of the Rosmolodezh forum campaign.
