AvtoVAZ showed the interior of the serial Lada Iskra
The length of the Iskra sedan is 4333 mm, the height is 1517 mm. Secure parking systems and a rear-view camera are provided for ease of maneuvering. All glazing is athermal (with a tinting degree of 25%). In the top versions, the rear hemisphere will have a deeper tinting. The trunk volume is 500 liters for a sedan and 480 liters for a station wagon.
An instrument panel with diamond-shaped air ducts is installed in the Lada Iskra cabin, the model is promised spacious niches for small items and finishing materials with increased wear resistance. The steering wheel has a wide range of tilt and departure adjustments. Depending on the configuration, the upholstery can be made in black and gray tones or with contrasting decorative stitching and bright inserts.
AvtoVAZ stated that Iskra has high acoustic comfort, which is achieved due to the high torsional rigidity of the body (due to the use of high-strength steels) and an expanded sound insulation package, including in the luggage compartment. In all trim levels, the model will be equipped with two frontal airbags, and an electronic stability control system with a lift hold function is provided.
The day before it was reported that the new AvtoVAZ model Lada Iskra will be offered in three versions , with an atmospheric 1.6 engine from Lada Granta with a capacity of 90 or 106 hp, with a manual transmission and a CVT. The start of sales is scheduled for May 2025, the expected price is from 1.2 million to 1.6 million rubles.
January 22 AvtoVAZ presented the racing version of the Lada Iskra sedan. The car is specially prepared for participation in ice races. The Iskra body is lightweight and equipped with a welded safety frame.
