Kim Jong-un urged to keep nuclear forces in full combat readiness

The purpose of the exercises was to demonstrate the ability of the DPRK Armed Forces to launch counterstrikes in any space. This is the fourth missile test in the country this year. The previous launches took place on January 25, when they tested a rocket launched from underwater.
On January 14, the Yonhap news agency reported that South Korean military personnel detected several short-range missile shells that were launched from the DPRK. On the same day, it was reported that North Korea launched an unidentified projectile in the direction of the Sea of Japan. South Korean military personnel began analyzing the direction and range of the unidentified projectile.
