25 children were poisoned in one of Khabarovsk schools

"From February 17 to February 23, 2025, 25 students of school No. 68 in Khabarovsk with symptoms of intestinal infection sought medical help. The children did not need to be hospitalized," the department's Telegram channel says.

During the inspection, it was found that catering at the educational institution is carried out on the basis of a municipal contract with JSC "Food Factory", which did not comply with sanitary and epidemiological standards. A criminal case has been opened on this fact under Part 1 of Article 236 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements").

Currently, disinfection measures have been carried out at the school, including food processing. The educational process has been resumed, the prosecutor's office concluded.

On February 12, the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Kamat Region announced the organization of an inspection of a school in which several children were poisoned after breakfast. According to preliminary data, the students of the educational institution ate cutlets, after which several of them felt abdominal pain.
