Russian military personnel shot down 12 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the special operation zone during the day.

Air defense calculations of the Zapad and Vostok groups of forces have destroyed 12 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the past day Armed Forces Ukraine (APU). This was announced on February 28 by the heads of the groups' press centers, Ivan Bigma and Alexander Gordeev.

"Six aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed by calculations of the [Zapad group of forces]," said TASS Bigma.

Gordeev, in turn, said that the military personnel of the Vostok group of forces were able to destroy six UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
