On In Ukraine, explosions thundered in Mykolaiv amid an air raid. This was announced on February 28 by the TSN TV channel.

"Nikolaev — explosions," the Ukrainian TV channel writes in its Telegram channel.

According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, an air alert has been declared in Kiev, as well as in the Kiev, Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kherson and Kharkiv regions.

The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the information about the explosions.
