The American leader On February 27, Donald Trump announced that he intends to end the leading role of the United States in financing and assisting NATO, and also indicated that The United States needs to rebuild its army depots.

"We are helping NATO, but we are helping much more than anyone else, and I want this to stop," the US president said during a conversation with reporters at the White House.
