An earthquake of magnitude 5.5 was recorded in Nepal. This was announced on Friday, February 28, on the website of the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).
According to experts, the epicenter of the seismic event was located 10 km west of Kodari, where about 1.6 thousand people live. The hearth was located at a depth of 13 km.
There were no reports of damage or casualties.
