The Armenian Parliament spoke about the timing of consideration of the draft law on EU accession

In early March, the Armenian parliament plans to consider in the second reading a bill on the beginning of the process of joining the European Union (EU), the head of the I Have the Honor faction Hayk Mamidzhanyan told Izvestia.

It will be difficult for Yerevan to permanently keep the two-vector approach to this issue, the Russian Foreign Ministry believes

"At the moment, it is most likely (consideration of the bill. — Ed.) will be at the next plenary session, next week. But it depends on the decision of the ruling majority," he said.

According to the publication, this issue may be considered on March 3-4. However, one of the sources claims that a specific date has not yet been agreed, and the information about holding a meeting on these days is not true.

The legislative body adopted the document in the first reading on February 12.
