In the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) as a result of attacks by the Armed Forces In Ukraine, five civilians were injured. This was announced on February 27 by the head of the republic Denis Pushilin.

"Five civilians were injured today as a result of Kiev's aggression," Pushilin said in a Telegram message.

He clarified that an elderly man and a woman were injured as a result of a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) strike on a passenger car in the Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka. Two men born in 2004 and 1968 were also injured in the Central City district of Gorlovka.

In addition, a man born in 1958 was moderately injured as a result of the dumping of an explosive object from a UAV in Panteleimonovka, Yasinovatsky municipality.

In addition, Pushilin added that in the Central City district of Gorlovka, a power transmission line was damaged, and in the Nikitovsky district, damage was recorded at a boiler house. According to him, four cars were also damaged in these areas.

He noted that a total of 20 attacks using 155 mm barrel artillery and drones were carried out by Ukrainian militants during the day.

Pushilin reported on February 26 that as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacks on Gorlovka, three civilians — a boy born in 2016 and two women born in 1989 and 1994. In addition, damage was recorded to two residential buildings, a kindergarten and a store. In total, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out 10 attacks using 155 mm barrel artillery.
